Team leader finance and human resources
Plastigum AG is a successful, independent production company with a long-standing tradition. We specialise primarily in the development and manufacture of articles made of elastomers. Our expertise also lies in the combination of rubber with metals, PTFE and fabrics. Our discerning customers in Switzerland and Europe include the machine, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a passionate professional as Team Leader Finance and Human Resources 80-100% (m/f/d). In this role, you will report directly to the management and lead a team of 2 employees.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for finance, accounting and human resources
- Responsible for interim financial statements and the preparation of the annual financial statements, the smooth running of financial accounting, social security and VAT accounting
- Business management consulting and determination of key figures for the management
- Support for personnel administration and payroll accounting
- Further development of various reporting tools for both areas with the team
- Internal and external contact person for topics relating to areas of responsibility
- Supporting and advising employees and line managers on personnel, insurance and labour law issues
- Personal and technical management of the finance and HR clerks
Your profile
- Basic commercial training and in-depth further training in finance and HR with proven experience in a comparable role
- Experience in cooperative leadership and enjoy working with people
- Confident handling of MS Office and good user knowledge of ABACUS
- Sure written and spoken German, English an advantage
- Own initiative, systematic way of working with problem-solving and implementation skills
- Winning, positive and team-orientated personality
