Plastigum is your expert for state-of-the-art dosing and control technologies. We specialize in elastomeric materials that are used in combination with metal, plastic and fabric. Thanks to years of experience and technical know-how, we manufacture precision components that enable perfect dosing and reliable control. Plastigum operates a large fleet of vulcanization presses in various dimensions for compression, transfer and injection moulding processes.
From the rubber compound to the product design
We see ourselves as material designers. And for us, this starts with the composition of the compound. We develop an individual rubber compound for each conveyor solution in terms of material structure, properties, color and certifications. This means that there are practically no limits to the areas of application – even under extreme conditions.
