Plastigum AG has four rolling mills of different sizes, which enable us to mix even customer-specific small quantities of less than 5 kg.
Plastigum AG offers the possibility of vulcanizing almost all types of materials in combination with rubber (elastomers). This includes so-called hybrid parts, in which elastomers are combined with materials such as aluminum, steel, carbon fiber, Kevlar, plastics, rubber, etc.
With our horizontal production (all in house) in Diessenhofen (development, toolmaking, R&D, mixing plants, production and sales), we have short lead times, high customer flexibility and a holistic approach with the "One Face to the Customer" concept.

We fulfill all legally relevant standards. In the case of special customer requirements, it is possible to certify these upon arrangement.
Plastigum AG has one of the most extensive formulation portfolios in Europe, which means we can cover almost all requirements.
Many of these compounds were developed by Plastigum AG and are therefore available to our customers.
The vulcanization of different materials with elastomers is based on cohesion, which ensures a stable and durable bond between the materials.
Compression and transfer molding are often used for the production of products with complex geometries, thick-walled parts and small to medium production volumes. They are also suitable for parts in demanding, dynamic applications. Injection molding is often used for mass production of small to medium sized parts. Plastigum AG can offer both processes.
